But the details do really pop up when close. This was a perfect opportunity to highlight some photography of strange fruit and textures up close from around the globe. If you’re traveling to Japan, make sure to include a trip on the Shinkansen (the Japanese bullet train) on your list of things to experience. The train moved at speeds up to 186 miles per hour but is so smooth that you could walk up and down the isles with scolding hot green tea without the fear of getting burned. A Churrascaria (Chu-Ra-Sca-Ria) is a Brazilian barbecue house that specializes in amazing, delicious, savory varieties of grilled meats. Chicken, steak, pork, lamb; you name it, it’s served (who ordered the Chicken Hearts?). Each dish is cut off the skewer in front of you directly on to your plate.
